Section 98
Delegation of authority
(1) According to this act, the committee may delegate some of the powers it has received to the general secretary, secretary or any other officer.
(2) The Secretary General may delegate some of the powers granted to him to be exercised by the Secretary, Secretariat Secretary or any other officer.
